I pre ordered kendra lust doll on AUG 29th. in the description it said pre order in august and it would take 3-4 weeks before shipping. they told me “zelex” took a week off for some holiday and they said to me it would take 15 days to make. now its been well over a month and nothing. luckily i emailed a bunch complaining about the unprofessional service that they finally refunded me after a week! leaving a 2 star only cause they lied about manufacturing time , they lied about shipping and finally last but not least i just looked on instagram and Kendra lust official account has been taken down or deleted. so i don’t trust this site whatsoever. however i trust the customer service.

I ordered a doll in the section that said it would be delivered within 2-7 days. I received the head a little over a week later. It's been over two weeks now, and FedEx informed me that they don't even have the package with the body yet.

Have yet to receive my order. I chose the United States warehouse it advertised 2-7 days shipping. This is day 6 and haven’t received an update since the 17th . Jul 17, 2024 08:48 pm Left FedEx origin facility, ARCADIA, CA, US. Considering the money spent ,you would think I could get at least better updates on this.

I made an $1800 online with JLD on June 9th. The order showed up June 15th. Excellent delivery time for large and heavy product. Unfortunately the product showed up damaged. Luckily the damage does not perclude the use of the product. Imagine ordering an $1800 dinning room table and there is a pretty big scratch across the top surface. I emailed the support email address (from their contact page) on the 15th but received no response. I emailed them again on the 17th but received no response. Nothing in the inbox, junk mail, or any other folder. I keep receiving marketing email from the support email address, but no response to my two email. I tried calling JLD support at the number they list on their Contact Page (213-523-3978) but they don't accept support calls. Support requests must be handled via email. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and will not order from them again. Nor will I ever recommend them. I'm not sure what they could do to resolve this. That was why I tried contacting their support line. Whether for repair or replacement, I really don't want to deal with trying to ship my product back. I don't have a lot of experience with this product, I was maybe expecting them to send me the tools, resources, and instructions on how to repair the damage. Edit I already sent TWO email. The first the same day I received the product. I replied to their order confirmation, so I know the email address is correct. That rely included pictures. The second email was a forward of the first. So it also included the original pictures. They say they can't find an email concerning my order, yet I didn't list my order number. And their response to them not seeing my email. Send another email. If you can't see the two I already sent how are you going to see a new one?

I didn’t receive the full body. It is missing a head! So I am not super thrilled! I hope that I get one soon.

My doll was ordered with a heating system which I got double billed for from SE Dolls. 4 weeks for delivery and no heating system. COLD

So far I'm a bit worried. Ordered a custom doll on 12/21/23. Paid over $3,300 for it. After reading the reviews it seemed a safe bet. I got an email on 1/12 telling me that my order shipped and got a tracking number. The tracking information to date is that FedEx has not received the package from JLD. I have tried contacting customer service with no response yet. I am wondering if I will actually receive my purchase at this point.
