We did reply to your email on the 27th of October, letting you know that the factory had requested photos of the hair falling out so they could review the issue and assist accordingly, but we didn’t receive a response after that.

We take feedback seriously, but it is important that reviews reflect accurate information. Your statement is incorrect. A full refund was processed for your order, and at no point were you “robbed” of any payment. Prior to your cancellation, we reached out to you directly to clarify the add-ons that were selected but had not been charged when the order was placed. This was communicated openly and transparently. While we respect your right to share your experience, posting misleading information can create unnecessary confusion for other customers.
