The company support is a joke..
The company support is a joke.. After purchasing from this company,I completely regret ever wasting my time and money. Products are unreliable, unremarkable, and heavy. Dolls buckle, joint break easily, tpe rips almost immediately. I tried ordering glue but it cannot be sent over seas. Waited 2 weeks to just find out my order was declined but customs. After talking to support and getting the run around for weeks. Even after saying id buy another if it was discounted fairly. They slapped me in the face with a 5% discount.. WTH? DO NOT BUT FROM JOY LOVE DOLLS. Biggest waste of money ever!
