The overall Purchasing experience was fine, standard make a purchase online and the overall quality of the doll was alright. The TPE Doll showed up already with multiple tears in the TPE and this isnt a product that can be returned. The Doll itself also had a certain smell to it that took about 2 months of being in an open air environment to finally get rid of.

I didn’t like your product, it was damaged when I received it and customer service said they couldn’t refund or replace it cause it was a variety item or something like that. So don’t expect me to do business with you again.

I did not buy solely for self pleasure, but rather from the point of view of AI in the modern age to test how far industry has reached to produce a humanoid. Sex has obviously always an interest of man, and will remain. It's scary to imagine Elon Musk making a similar type of sex doll - wow, that would be crazy electric. I have not used it yet. Its packed. Not sure what to say in feedback, but its probably great. That's why I bought it

There is minimal customer service. Your phone calls/voicemails/emails go un answered. Their website displays "in stock dolls" purchased, ship from their U.S. warehouse in 3-7 days. After purchasing you get a confirmation email but that's it, no updates no doll no idea if you just gave away 2k. Later on they sent an email stating "you need to confirm before purchasing because in stock dolls sell out quickly". Nowhere on the website does it say you need to confirm before purchasing!! The excitement has been lost for a 1st time buyer. 100% regret ordering from Joy Love Dolls!

I ordered a doll, but they do not start until it is paid for in full. Ok, so they sent me an email stating that my doll was paid for and what I was getting. I was missing the $539 extra package and said if I don't get the package, I don't want it. And canceled. They said they would contact the dollmaker 7 days ago with me sending my emails every day. Never Never Ever buy from overseas buy from this country. Now I have to deal with Paypal to get my money back. I filed a complaint with Paypal, and joy love dolls contacted me right away and said they would refund only partial and charge 20% restocking and would not do it unless PayPal was not involved because PayPal does not allow partial refunds. They want me to drop the Paypal complaint. This doll was never made or shipped. I canceled within 24 hrs. That is a $300 charge for just ordering the doll. Stay away from these people.

Just bought a $2000 doll. Calling because i am a new buyer and their website has misleading sizing options (i.e. 148cm listed as 5 foot 10!). After 2 days of calling no 1 is picking up the phone :(
