Your site has a good selection with a lot of options for each. However I don't feel it is very user friendly. You have a promotion running that has several free upgrades and free accessories but they are not automatically applied. Most options have a description at the selection that states the free upgrade. All of them have a place to select the free one except the free second head. The only options are no thanks and buy one. Even though it states a free second one is included making the consumer believe it is a free duplicate head. The fact is you have to select to buy one and then look for one listed at zero dollars. This makes me feel like I just bought something from a used car salesman. Every other site has separate selection categories for the second free head with the option to purchase more in its own category.

Really unplesed with the product. I thought it was going to scale with the size of a grown women.

Product was damaged and they sent me a link to T&C. Bad products bad CS in my opinion.

Doll is falling apart, skin looks terrible. even upon arrival there were obvious issues with the skin and hands. Wanted to cancel order before it was processed but was not allowed to by customer service stating it’s in there policy. I wanted to cancel after reading several reviews of bad smells from build materials that would make your house smell like a tire factory. And they were right. The doll would also leave what ever it touched, or was stored in the same place as smelling awful as well. Like there are oils that are still making there way out of the skin. Even after washing, several times using cleaning methods in the manual the doll would still smell like a tire. The doll will also stain white cloth, it’s likely from the oils or die used to color the skin. The skin looks like it’s blistered and falling off in small bits leaving divots and discoloration. I am very disappointed. I strongly do not recommend getting one of these. Not to mention how difficult it is to setup, store, and clean. If you can’t consistently pick up 80lbs, you do not want one of these. Customer support outright stopped responding to my emails asking to cancel before it was shipped, and then didn’t notify me the order was actually shipped until I reached out days later.

Dit was niet de juiste bestelling wat ik nu gekregen heb is een goedkopere uitvoering ik ben zeer teleurgesteld. Dit had ik niet verwacht aan gezien de prijs en de communicatie ik heb het anders besteld ik voel mij ernstig bedrogen
