As mentioned in our mail communication with customer care the product that is still in transit is the correct product as per the changes you made and paid for on your order. You also acknowledge receiving this update that you will get the correct order. That was the last mail customer service received from you on the 12th of June 2023. We did not get any other communication after with you letting us know you had received the package and that it is indeed the wrong one. If you have received the package already and it is the wrong one as stated in this review, please send pictures as stated on our returns & refunds policy page. Customer care has also emailed with this request for the pictures. We look forward to hearing from you soon to get this sorted for you.

Please check your spam folder i9f you have not received the emails with the updates which includes tracking information for your order. Your order was placed on the1st of February and shipped on the 1st of February as well. The package is in transit. We look forward to receiving your update via email when you have received your package.
