Scam you can’t get customer service or refund
Scam you can’t get customer service at all except email! And def not a supervisor. And they sent boots the wrong size and I had them all but 25 min and started a return siting damage to heal as well they sent a new pair by mistake but sized me wrong and rejected my return from first pair saying i wore them and offer for me to pay to get mail back or them to donate them and are literally keeping my money. The boots I just got are not brand new either and have ink that is blue going down by each eyelet and they were either worn or marked to put eyelets and actually sent these to someone, clearly no quality check because the bottom of sole is scratch on these. If you buy them on sale your not eligible for a return and if you get them on sale good luck then not rejecting return when it seems whats on sale is there returns and damaged stuff. If it’s for an event I would recommend a real company not an online one you can even speak to someone. Just keep getting bot emails after ask for a supervisor it’s impossible and I’m out my money and can’t use product just crazy.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation has been for you. After carefully reviewing your ticket and previous conversations, we would like to clarify that the sizing issue was not caused on our end. In your messages, you mentioned that your daughter’s foot measurement was 10 1/2 inches, and the order was placed for a US size 10.5. We would just like to clarify that a foot measurement is different from the shoe size itself. A US shoe size 10.5 generally corresponds to a foot length of approximately 11"–11 1/4" on the standard US shoe size chart, which is why the fit may not have matched expectations. Regarding the rejected return, all returned items go through a standard inspection process upon arrival. Based on the inspection report, there were visible signs of wear on the original pair, including multiple scuffs on the soles consistent with use or extended try-on wear. If the item had originally arrived in that condition, we would have needed this to be reported immediately upon delivery so we could properly investigate it. At the time, we did not receive any report indicating the original pair arrived worn or damaged, as we always ensure items are shipped in new condition before leaving our facility. As outlined in our return policy, when a returned item does not pass our quality inspection standards, customers are responsible for the shipping fee if they would like the item returned back to them. We also understand that you are now raising concerns regarding the replacement pair, specifically mentioning blue ink markings and signs of wear. However, upon reviewing the conversation history, we were unable to find any prior report or message regarding these concerns before this review was posted. We always encourage customers to contact us directly with any product concerns as soon as they are noticed so we can properly review and assist, but in this case, there was no report submitted to us regarding these concerns prior to the review being posted.
