Also ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht bestätigen. Ich habe am 14.06.2026 bestellt (Also mitten während WM Gruppenphase). Gestern (10.07.2026) kamen meine beiden Trikots an. Ich habe das EM24 Auswärts Trikot und das WM94 Heimtrikot bestellt. Beide Trikots sind qualitativ in Ordnung. Hier und da ist eine kleine etwas unsaubere Naht, aber im Gesamtbild sind das Top Trikots. Ich habe wohlgemerkt auf der URL joyfootball.com bestellt. Den Produktbildern nach zu urteilen, sind das die exakt gleichen Produkte wie auf joyfball.com. Allerdings kann man bei der URL joyfball.com nur mit Kreditkarte zahlen. Ich habe gehört, dass dieses Unternehmen als zweiten Geschäftszweig die Kreditkarten-Infos weiterverkauft, deshalb kann ich diese URL und Zahlungsmethode nicht empfehlen. Auf joyfootball.com kann man mit PayPal zahlen, man kann also nicht betrogen werden und außerdem unterliegt der Kauf dann auch dem Käuferschutz. (Man könnte also über PayPal sein Geld zurückholen falls nichts ankommt) Updates per Mail habe ich nicht bekommen. Man kann allerdings unten auf der Seite auf den Reiter "Track Oder" gehen. Mit der Bestellnummer und seiner Mail kann man dann seine Bestellung tracken. Sobald die Order fertig mit "processing" ist, kann man dort dann irgendwann die DHL tracking nummer finden. Zu Prints kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich die Trikots ohne Aufdruck gekauft habe, aber wenn ich mir die Qualität der Trikots ansehe, denke ich dass auch ein Druck mit Nummer und Spielername von gescheiter Qualität ist. Also meine Empfehlung: Bestellt auf joyfootball.com (paypal, Käuferschutz, scheinbar identische Produkte) Bestellt die Trikots eine Größer größer (Ich habe sonst M, hier habe ich L bestellt und es passt perfekt) Und man muss eben etwas Geduldig sein und vielleicht auch mal einige Tage Ungewissheit aushalten.

This company is a scam... don't trust it. I purchased $224 worth of jerseys, getting ready for the world cup. The company took my money and did not deliver the items purchased. Customer service is a joke, they claim the items were delivered, they even provided a link to track the items. The tracking website provides different data than the one the company claims. The tracking website still shows as the items abeing shipped. When I asked for a refund they stopped responding to my emails. I would give this company negative stars if I could. Be careful when buying from this company, they will only take your money.

Ordered 2 shirts on 19th June. Almost a month on and ive had no email update and when I click on the order it says "awaiting shipment" I've emailed customer service with my order number and had no response. First time ordering from here and its been terrible so far. Im thinking of making a claim back on my credit card unless they sort it out.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Ordered a kit 3 weeks ago. Had the confirmation email but nothing since - despite 5 chaser emails. Disgraceful company
