Quality great, sizes good, delivery pretty bad. Took 1 month and 3 weeks just to arrive, got me worried that I was scammed. They told me it reached my country (Australia) on sep 21st and ended receiving it on 21st of the next month due to the 'airplane overloaded'

As far as "fakeness" is concerned, the shirts are a remarkable likeness to the real thing in every detail, so in that sense, 5/5.
As for customer service, 0/5, which is to be expected because you are not dealing with an established "company" but with an illusive organization constantly shape shifting to avoid litigation and closure. Hence the not-so-convincing website, the Chinese phone number (real?), and the phony address in Fresno, California!
The quality of the English on their website alone should be a warning sign:
"At joyfball.shop we love every passion and interest on Earth because it is a reference to your UNIQUENESS. And to spread exactly that...is our core vision"! Poetic!
Ordered 2 shirts which arrived after 3 weeks. Quality remarkably high. In between, customer service non existant, so I can imagine if there are any issues with returns and/or refunds, you'll be chasing shadows.
Considering that their cost of production is €3-€5 per shirt, implying a 400% mark up, and not withstanding relentless legal pursuit by clubs, these "fly by night" entities will be with us for a long time to come.
Buy without many expectation as it will be a hit or miss affair, as you can tell from the highly skewed reviews.

Received items but big delay
Received my items - quality is decent. Sizing was good. I would say a tad on the smaller size but not out by a full size. Problem was - it took 6 weeks to arrive. 4 weeks with no contact after which I started a chargeback. Then they sent tracking details none of which worked as they send them way too early. Ultimately items arrived but their lack of communication will cost them money. Just posting so people know it is a legitimate site.

Pissed of
The shipping took a while but im fine with that but what pissed me off is that i got 2 jeresys one Barcelona jeresy and one france jeresy. And the Barcelona jeresy was 1:1 nothing was wrong with but the france jeresy everything was wrong the badge was a whole different badge different colour everything about it was wrong. And this was my first time buying from here and all my friends that bought from here had 1:1 quality and nothing was wrong.

Honestly
Honestly, Joyfball was a really good company for me to get replica kits. However it's a shoot in the dark with these guys. I've been lucky and got everything perfect in size, each time and in the beginning the kits were amazing. However since my first purchases, the recent ones have been like horrible. Of course, on some kits the stickers on the back (number and name) falls of quicker or slower on the kits but it varies. The quality also has been not always 100% but for the price it's amazing to me at least so far.
