Would rate it a 0 if I could. It took a whole month for it to finally ship and my package still has not been delivered. This is the worst website to order from.

Am 24.06. hab ich zwei Trikots bestellt, bisher wurden sie nicht einmal versendet, obwohl da stand, dass sie in 7-14 Tagen ankommen sollten. Nach 23 Tagen nicht mal versendet, denke da kommt auch nichts mehr und Geld ist weg. Im Chat antwortet keiner, per E-Mail bekommt man keine Antwort und die angegebene WhatsApp Nummer ist gar nicht bei WhatsApp registriert... Hätte ich mir mal lieber vorher die Bewertungen durchgelesen!

I ordered a Mexico jersey 2026 WC edition and it did take a while to arrive but the quality is really good no complaints great job from joyfball!

I've been waiting for my order longer than a month. They don't answer trough email, they don't have any phone number for people to talk with them, nothing. I really hope if you're reading this, never order from this store again. They said they have a lot of orders and that it will take an extra week or so for it to arrive. It's been two weeks, almoast three in a few days.

Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage zu einer Bestellung, die bereits per Kreditkarte bezahlt ist, meldet sich NIEMAND!!! Auch auf Lesebestätigungen des Mailverkehrs wird nicht reagiert. Sehr ärgerlich 😡

After the order confirmation email, I heard nothing — no dispatch notice, no tracking, no updates of any kind. After 10 days of silence, I sent a formal written complaint asking for either tracking information or a full refund within 3 business days. The only response I received, over a week later, was a generic one-line message blaming "World Cup order volumes" — no tracking, no refund, no real engagement with my complaint at all. Based on my own experience and the pattern I've since seen in other reviews here, I'd strongly recommend against ordering from this company. If you've already paid and are waiting on an order, I'd suggest contacting your bank about a chargeback sooner rather than later. Order number: RKL45952

Guys don’t get joyfball jerseys they scam you they don’t ship your jersey and when it’s like 1 month later they just ask you for more money to reship it don’t trust these people at all

Preise sehr gut, der Support hat mir noch geholfen als ich die Adresse in der Bestellung ändern musste. Mein Paket kam ziemlich genau einen Monat später bei mir an. Klar ist es blöd, dass man vorher keinerlei Benachrichtigung zum Status bekommt, aber da muss man einfach warten. 2 Tage vorher bekam ich eine Mail von DHL. Farben, Größen und Qualität der Deutschland Trikots wie beim Original
