I followed Joyfball’s instructions to order a custom jersey with a player’s name and number, and paid extra for it—but received a non-custom one instead. Very disappointed by the lack of attention to detail, poor order fulfillment, and the fact that my email to resolve the issue was ignored.

Fantastic looking football shirts, really good quality too. It said 15 days delivery to the UK but it took 24 days & the tracking system wasn't the best but they were definitely worth the wait. Their customer service also replied to my email queries. I will definitely order from them again.

Total joke of a store. First of all – they don’t inform you upfront that the payment is cross-border, so they end up charging more money than shown at checkout. Second – they’re extremely slow with shipping. My package has been stuck for days with a “delayed at customs terminal” status and no updates whatsoever. Third – customer support is a joke. They completely ignore emails and even WhatsApp messages – they don’t even bother to read them. I’ve been waiting endlessly, with no help, no communication, and no compensation. If you enjoy being ripped off, ghosted by support, and waiting forever – this is the perfect store for you. Absolutely not recommended.
