desktop app is buggy and froze on me many times. I like the application and the idea, its well executed, but still lacks a little polish, one for the future for sure, when it gets better I will review it on my YT Channel

The desktop app doesn’t work (MacBook Air M1 Running latest apple release) also not intuitive to use, but good product. Maybe include a personalization question in the beginning and mobile app like guides (the light white ones forgot the name like an overlay) on what to do when you click templates.

We do actually have an M1 Mac download version that you can find by clicking on the Mac option and then selecting the download for "Apple Chip" option here https://www.jounce.ai/download In terms of the experience not being easy to use, we'd love to get more specific information emailed to us given our usability is the #1 most cited thing that most users love, but we're always working to improve. What exactly did you find difficult? I think you are asking for specific guides on how to use each template type. If that is the case, we are actually working on that now and will add videos on each in the near future.

Loving the program very excited to see what you guys produce in the future. Already using it for practical purposes generating content as a rebuild my website, it’s been great help. Having some issues in landscape mode on my iPad Pro 12.9, 5th. generation. I the commands are off the screen on the bottom to generate results in portrait mode. It’s fine.

I love the platform. Sadly the artwork stopped working. It doesn’t not generate anything now. Sorry for the initial 2 star. I thought I had hit the four star and did not double check before submitting.

We just fixed this. Please try again and please reconsider revising your public review as this is quite damaging to us this early on after just releasing.

Easy and intuitive to use. Output quickly appeared. I'm a natural health copywriter who used this product for the first time yesterday. While this product gives me good ideas, I found several errors in the output which would preclude its use for final copy. I write copy based on research in PubMed, so my complaint is very specialized. I will be using the product again soon.

I love how easy it is to use. the interface is a little clunky, but we are still in early days yet. within a couple of years these tools will be everywhere and an indispensable part of how we interact with our computers. jounce is a great tool to get familiar with AI as it becomes as much a part of our lives as Google is today.
