Hi Mario, we were disappointed to see your public review of only 3 out of 5 stars as our product is in beta and currently free and unlimited. We will be adding a clear option in the template output area, however, you can simply hit refresh right now to move it to the history tab. In regards to the blocks of content missing, this is not something we have observed so we'd love for you to email us to learn more. Hi Burasu, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We were bummed to see you decide to give us a public rating of only 60% given the price to value that we are currently offering. We just launched v1 of AI Images without a cost and explained in our release that we're already working on a V2. Please email us the prompt that you used as the way you create a prompt is very important as explained in our launch video. Once we assist you, we'd love for you to reconsider this damaging review and instead create a rating based on its beta status and current cost to value. Thank you.

Hey Amelia, thank you for the useful product feedback. However we have not anticipated users sharing their accounts with others this way and thus have not made this option this early in the beta release. This feedback would have been fantastic to get privately rather than through a public review on Trustpilot. Please email us directly and we'd love for you to consider revising your review baed on the current cost to value.

Hi Jawaria, Thank you for the feedback. However, we were bummed to see your negative review and we'd like to learn more about what template you used, what your prompt was, etc. as we are seeing people write entire landing pages or blog posts with very little details added. It is hard for us to test the system for every single input scenario so your feedback sent via email would be helpful. Hi, thank you for your review. Without further context, we unfortunately cannot improve. Did you try all of the templates which are self-explanatory and did you watch the onboarding video that is emailed to each user upon sign up? Please email us so we can help you and hopefully have you consider revising your review.

Hi Jeffrey, thank you for the feedback. We were sad to see your three star review. For medium and long-form content, most of our users are actually using it for this successfully for the templates made for it. Please do share which templates you were using and what AI marketing copy you are comparing it to. For SOW and terms, we don't currently have any templates for this. Can you please share which templates and prompts you were using via email as your review is one of the worst we've received in beta out of nearly 200 in the first month. We'd like to get to the bottom of it. Thank you.

Google is a search engine and Jounce is for AI copywriting. I'm not sure what you mean.
