While I did have an issue with my order, the customer service was elite. They were quick to reply and to make things right. While I don't anticipate needing their products in the future, I would consider trying them again if needed.

Great for anything that's not alive but is an absolute gamble with anything live. I've order springtails and plants which have arrived dead or dying with some success in healthy arrivals. Recommend buying anything that isn't alive from here
