Loved our beautiful masks from Josephine Alexander chosen for several recipients for the holidays. The owner wrapped them beautifully and creatively and handled the shipping which made holiday shopping so much less stressful. Loved the wonderful vibe from the artisanal gifts to the shipping box, all were a delight to receive and give.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I reached out to them and they responded quickly. I wanted some earrings that were sold out and they reached out to their provider and got me a pair!! Will definitely come back and shop with them and have recommended them to friends and family

The purse I purchased is super cute
The purse I purchased is super cute, but the knitted sugar skull charm was detached (just the skull - not the pom poms) upon delivery. I was able to fix it (not sure if it's the way it's supposed to be though) so I didn't make a fuss of it. It's a $100 purse, with just ok quality.
