The experience of shipping etc was great. The product itself was cheap. Truly not worth the price at all. Very disappointed and highly do not recommend. You could make it yourself for a few dollars and it would still look the same. Never again !

Could have been wrapped better. Box had been partially opened by the post office/worker

Thank you for your feedback! With a goal to keep our footprint light, we use recycled and recyclable shipping/packaging materials. We are so sorry to hear that your box was tampered with. We hope you still are enjoying your Jessica Bag! Thank you for your business!

The purse I purchased is super cute, but the knitted sugar skull charm was detached (just the skull - not the pom poms) upon delivery. I was able to fix it (not sure if it's the way it's supposed to be though) so I didn't make a fuss of it. It's a $100 purse, with just ok quality.

Thank you for your review! We are so glad you enjoyed the aesthetic of our Chila Bag. However, we are sorry to hear that the charm did not come attached. We value your feedback, and assure that this will not happen again in the future. Thank you for your business!

I feel like it’s cute stuff but overpriced for what it is.
