K back to Katherine was the most helpful Customer Service person I have encountered in my many, many years of shopping. She promptly called me in response to a voice message, has me send a photograph of the item I was endeavoring to purchase. Upon receipt of the photo she researched the item and called me back with information on how to locate the item and place my order. Her instructions were very good, and I placed my order. Amazingly, she followed up later that day and requested the order number so she could follow it. Although I did not expect the item for 3-4 weeks, it arived just over a week later. Katherine served Jon Hart and me well.

Thank you for the quick service in less than a week. I ordered 6 small storage kits, a 2-suiter and 2 sets of coasters and they were all perfectly done in color and monograming. My grandkids will love their special gifts for Christmas.

The handbag I bought I like but, I thought when I bought it that it had some inside pockets. The handbag is good quality but, I think y’all need to add inside pockets.
