Feels Like It Was Made For Me!
I always want a Jon Hart i.d. wallet since I was in high school and I finally purchased one! I am in love with not only the design but the craftsmanship that went into it. It truly felt like MY own product and not one that everyone has. And it was special. Totally recommend to anyone who compliments me on it! Worth it 100%!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! When I received my gifts, I realized i had made a mistake in the monogram. They responded quickly and I was very happy to know the monograms could be redone. I love to give Jon Hart products for graduation gifts.

late to ship -
late to ship - Then I read your reply - now I have bad communication complaint - I spoke to your office yesterday in San Antonio stating that I would pick it up in person and to NOT ship it because it was delayed too long.

Many items, like yours, are handmade-to-order and it takes a few days to cut, sew, personalize and ship during peak seasons. Our customer service representative did attempt to change your order to pick-up without knowing that it was already being shipped. According to UPS tracking, you will receive the item today.
