The quality of the gold perfect attendance certificates is good. The employees are very helpful, and pleasant. Shipping was fast and the condition was good when we received our orders.

Courteous customer service reps. Prompt shipments. Once we did receive ribbons with the wrong printing and were quickly shipped the corrected ribbons.

To Whom it May Concern: when I ordered my ribbons, pins etc...I clearly stated my name and school. when they ordered arrived it was addressed to a science teacher who has not been employed here in years. I am the music teacher. The front office gave the box to the current science teacher. She did not know what to do with the items and she did not know I ordered them. So, she put the box in the trash ! Luckily , I was able to track it down before the wastebasket was emptied. Your employees are polite but not very accurate.
