I have always had a great experience with Jones. Ordering online is easy and quick. The website is very user friendly. Shipments arrive very quickly and products are always as shown.

I'm a private piano teacher and I use ribbons and medals to motivate my students to practice. It's an inexpensive way to reward the students and they love it. The service from Jones has always been top notch. They are always very prompt with getting the orders out. Once there was a small problem with what arrived and they took care of it immediately. I will continue to use them.

I have been working with Jones for many years now and the experience is always positive and efficient. I use catalog and online services for locating items and usually fax our orders in. The staff is top rate and knows the answers to all my questions and inquiries. Delivery is super fast and if an order is to be shipped later you are notified immediately. Staff communicates with me through email and personal telephone calls (which I very much appreciate). Our school uses both stock and customized items and we are pleased with the products. Also, I receive past order copies that help me remember exactly what I have ordered in the past. Keep up the great work!
