Jolyn customer service is terrible, it sucks. I returned a too small swimsuit. Although it was approved and the swimsuit arrived at Jolyn, they are already 5 weeks silent about the refund. Nothing about the process, when you mail they toss you back and forth between their .com mailadres and customer support mailadres. Meanwhile I get overloaded with advertisement mail from them. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Invalid and expiring offers for email. Dishonest

After i purchased the jolyns for my daughter worth over 1,000 dirhams I receive a WhatsApp from fed ex about an extra import fee and i thought it was a scam and I don’t know, swim suits still haven’t arrived

Jolyn sales team is a bunch of crooks. They offer 10% discount code for new customers, yet if you enter the code they immediately add delivery fee even though they promise free shipment on orders above $90. There is no delivery fee if you do not enter 10% new customer coupon code, though. How dodgy and manipulative. Absolutely disgraceful sales strategy aiming to make extra dollars by misleading prospective customers. There is no way to grow business if you rip off people and treat them like stupid

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS NO ITEM ARRIVED EMAILED THE COMPAY NO RESPONSE

I ordered during the Labor Day sale and had a similar experience to others - my order supposedly was shipped and has since been sitting in the same warehouse and not been updated since. I have reached out to Jolyn multiple times for updates, and they have not contacted me back or helped me to resolve this issue. Incredibly disappointing and will not be ordering from them again.

I've been a long-time customer of Jolyn. I ordered several suits during the latest Labor Day sale. It has been more than 10 days since the shipment was sent from CA to CA. I've emailed customer service three times, and they keep saying it is in transit. The package is lost! It hasn't moved from Whittier, CA in 8 days. I have requested to issue a refund to my CC, and the response is the same: the package is in transit. Enough is enough! I want my $ back.

Went to the AUSTRALIAN website- I thought this company originated here but apparently not? Last time I purchased for my daughter prices were in Australian dollars. So I head to the current sale on the Australian website, buy her some sale items and discover I’ve been charged in US dollars which is now their default! What a scam, last Jolyn purchase I make, so dishonest
