You have to hit one star to make a review. This company is a scam. There is no customer service phone number. The only way to communicate is via an email with customer service in the same country where Jolyn is located. When you send an email to customer service the response sends you back to the Jolyn website. Buyer beware If your a Pro Surfer why would you want to be involved with a company that has no care,respect, nor customer support for its customers??

The measurement guide on the website is off. They don't do exchanges. Getting store credit offers no benefits. One of the worst spammers I've ever encountered in email. But they can't answer your emails, I'm guessing they get a lot since their business model doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Had I been able to get an exchange, they'd have gotten my sale. Since it was a whole dam process they wanted to drag out til the end of summer and their price increase they lost my sale and I spent double elsewhere.

Same as all the others. Horribe experience. Horrible return policy. Nonexistent customer service. Do not buy from them.

Horrific experience with this company. It is a scam and they have been purposely stealing money from customers for years now under the guise of “problems with their refund system.” They have literally said this to customers since at least 2020 and it’s still happening. You follow their return policy, the email you informing you they will refund to your original form of payment, then wait a few months (so that you can’t dispute it with your credit card company), then claim they had some issue and insist you accept store credit, then refer to the store credit as a refund which it is not. Then they condescend you and say that you’re “frustrated” because “things didn’t work out as you expected.” They could simply mail a check or do a PayPal transfer, and if they were an honest company that’s what they’d do. They get bad reviews taken down by claiming their review site is only for their flagship store and that all bad reviews are for their online company.

Do NOT BUY FROM JOYLN This is the worst experience dealing with an online retailer. I try to cancel order within minutes and there is no way for me to do that, I asked to change the order, there is no way, I emailed to cancel the order, sorry it’s too late.. And now Jolyn has audacity to tell me that I can return but I will have to pay the return shipping. Why this business is so arrogant? Do they have any place for customer service?

Trying to get assistance from their customer service department to resolve any issues is like watching a glacier move.

I wish I had read reviews of the company before buying. Their size chart is way off. Suits run 1-2 sizes smaller than the measurements listed on the chart. Customer service is inane, refusing to acknowledge the deep problems in their deceptive sizing. Even though too-small suits are their fault, and even though customer service eventually admitted that the chart is wrong, they will not refund shipping to you, or return shipping. They do not facilitate exchanges at their expense. They call themselves a small athlete-owned business. It seems more like an experienced shyster-run racket. These problems have been going on for a while.

I ordered a suit on September 27th 2021, it first did not ship when I was told it was going to ship. Then once I received it, it was far too small. I have shopped their many times in the past and I bought the same size and it was just far too small. So i returned it. I placed it in the mail October 11th. I was told 2 weeks before I would see my return (store credit, because at the time I was planning to get the next size-maybe 2 sizes more). I emailed several times over the course of 2 months. Each time the same person saying the same thing. Sorry! Give us 2 weeks! Nope!!! I just got my return DECEMBER 9th 2021. And to compensate for their mistake they sent me 15% off coupon in november but that expired December 1st, what was the point? I couldn’t even use it. Never ever shopping here again. Sold the gift card to a friend in discount because I didn’t want it anymore. Done with this company.
