I was aware Jolyn has a 6 month warranty so I wanted to claim it on a Jolyn suit I purchased from Swim Outlet- but they wanted me to go to Swim Outlet which was far past the return and it’s not their products it’s Jolyn’s and their warranty. The warranty is only through their site and not the product- that’s BS! The warranty should apply to the suit not the suit when bought specifically from them. I was offered a credit when I mentioned this and have yet to even receive a reply when I said that was acceptable.

After purchasing one item for my daughter I began to receive text ads multiple times per day. I politely requested to remove me from their list a few times without success. I haven’t receive a single response from customer service and am still receiving text multiple times per day. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company unless you want to be constantly bombarded by text ads and receive no response or support by them.

Lousy return policy, no exchanges.

I HATE THIS COMPANY. Their shipping is more than unreliable, and their sizing is so wrong. The black liner under the suit causes horrible chafing for the bigger legged girls and it makes the suit look atrocious. The fabric does not move with the body whatsoever.

Canadian customers. Buyer be aware… shipping takes at least 2 weeks. PLUS $30 duties upon receipt. A $68 USD purchase ended up being over $100 suit. Not worth it!

If only I could put a negative star. Canadian customers are been ripped off when ordering from Jolyn website and without being properly warned beside if you take the time to search and read the small prints on their shipping terms (which are very vague as they are not mentioning what you may be exposed to pay). I ordered 2 bathing suits for my competitive swimmer daughter . 2 bathing suit cost me about 200$ CAD (with a 21 $ CAD shipping fee). When I placed the order, no mention of any other potential fee was mentioned. When I picked up my order a surprise came with it: a custom fee of 38$CAD (+20%). I am not mad about paying a custom fee if this is their terms, but I would have liked to be properly informed.

We planned to outfit our synchro teams with Jolyn this year. My daughter purchased her solo suit early... and we put a stop with everyone else immediately when we saw the charge that went through. There was no warning of excessive shipping fees until credit card was processed (nearly double the price of the suit). No warning that import fees on arrival would be ANOTHER $65 (to Canada--big surprise at the door). Took months to arrive. No customer support. Seriously-- we paid over $250 for ONE suit that arrived too late for the first meet. It was an expensive lesson. We've since pivoted to EliteXpressions (and feel safer because of it). Seriously disappointed with Jolyn. 0 stars.

I tried to return multiple items from my order. I was not able to return many of them. It said “final sale” on the return page. I thought I made a mistake but Even looking at the website now it says the items are on sale but nothing about final sale. It lists the return policy but doesn’t mention the fee charged or that sale items are final. I even added the items to my cart again to see if it would warn me about final sale and nothing came up. Websites who have a good reputation and get repeat customers do not trick you into owning items you have no use for.
