Prime Health is a good company but you have to follow up with refills etc on your own. Not so good at the follow up/through aspect.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with PrimeHealth. However, I do have one complaint. I’m given a monthly invoice date and then subsequently charged even before my order is placed, which I do not feel is right. I should only be charged once my order has been placed and not before.
