This company uses deceptive "dark patterns" to disguise cancellation buttons and automatically bills members every 28 days under an entity listed as "OPNLP" on credit card statements—even if no medication is requested or shipped. Even though I never received any medication or had any medical care with them for a full year, they continue to charge my card. When you try to cancel your subscription they make the submit button look like the wrong button to click. After you fill out the form saying why you want to cancel you click what you assume is submit but it is actually the keep subscription button. The real submit is faint and pink, so it looks like the wrong thing to click. After you you click the submit it takes you through three more pages of "are you sure" before you can actually cancel. They are charging me $398 a month for a year of absolutely no services. They don't have a billing department you can talk to, they are only available via email and they bill through a separate company, they don't send receipts or emails saying a payment is due, they just charge your card. In June when I discovered that they were charging me for services I wasn't receiving I spoke to customer service on the phone and explicitly stated I didn't want their services, wasn't using them and they continued to bill me through June, July and August and trying to bill for September. I'm making a formal complaint with the attorney general of my state. Don't use this company with their deceptive practices.

The ONLY reason I tolerate going to this clown show of a medical facility is that my gp who I love is still there. Once she retires I'm history. They removed the lab facilities, the wait time on the phone averages 5 mins to forever. The wait time for an appointment is about 2 months average. They constantly want to pawn you off to a nurse practitioner instead of your requested doctor. If they say they'll call you back, they don't. If you want a medical referral you're directed to a line that isn't operational. Its not just this facility its any prime facility I've been to. 3 I think. Since prime took over Presence has gone from workable to institutional neglect. Don't do prime if you can help it.

I have to say, I needed refills of blood pressure meds. I couldn’t reach anyone. Finally, Dr. Singh, did call. I have an appointment scheduled in July (earliest). This is patient care? Transferring records!

I stopped receiving meds thru them after one vial. It ran out sooner than it was supposed to even when I administered the correct amount of medication, showing that the vial contained less than promised. Then I called to cancel. The real problem occurred when they continued to charge me $389/month for 10 months without me realizing it as it was listed as OPNLP on my credit card which I share with my husband. He mistakenly thought it was a legit charge of his own, and since I didn't recognize the name OPNLP, I didn't have any idea it was Prime Health. Now they are refusing to reverse the charges bc they say "It's a subscription service" even though I was receiving no meds and no contact with them whatsoever. What's worse is they keep attempting to scam me out of more money and I have only received one 1/2 sized vial. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We appreciate your feedback. For clarity, since this is a subscription service that means a charge will be posted every 28 days regardless of whether medication was requested or not. We advise that patients submit a cancellation request if they are no longer interested in services.

The company is predatory in nature. They charge a monthly 'fee', AKA the cost of the meds, drag their feet to fill the meds, and then don't reimburse you after not getting your monthly supply... why?? Because you paid the the monthly 'fee' to be a member. Great, you are a member, but without the product you 'joined' to receive. Its a scam, as the only way to get a reimbursement from them, is by emailing the billing department, as they don't take phone calls to discuss disputes. You get nothing back via email, but lip service and citations of the 'contract'. Predatory.

I have been a patient here for over six years. prior to the move and name change things worked quite well. since the move things have changed tremendously, wait times on the phone are longer, getting a call back almost impossible, appointment times could be many weeks out. what happened? how could this business be better before the improvements? I called to speak with a supervisor waited 9 minutes, no one picked up. hung up and called back only to continue hearing the messages about being patient while waiting for an answer. I have no patience left, yet I must continue the incredibly long wait of another 8 minutes...still waiting. 45 minutes on hold and still not answer. what was the improvement?
