I have been with them 9 months now. They have responded online in email and chat just like they say they will. Sometimes it takes a day or so. I have had all the experiences new GLP-1 people have: dosage questions, side effects common and rare, and supply problems. They have been with me the whole time, answering my worries and my frustration and enjoying my success (45 lbs lost and ongoing). I continue to recommend them.
