MIDI telemedicine was so convenient and comfortable. The clinician took time to find out what I was dealing with and what my concerns were. She was patient and did not rush through the appointment. And she provided information and suggestions that I was not able to get from a in-person gynecologist.

On top of that, the convenience of being able to connect from home (or anywhere) is unmatched. I can actually get an appointment quickly, which is almost impossible with my previous OBGYN, where scheduling 6–8 months in advance, if you could even get in, was the norm. It very extremely easy to book an appointment online, and the appointment was within days! My NP, Jessica, was absolutely fantastic. She was personable, professional, patient and caring. I felt truly seen and heard! She was able to prescribe me a starting dose of HRT and is reviewing the annual blood labs I had done with my primary care doctor from this past April to make sure there are no issues that my doctor and I missed when those were previously reviewed. We set a follow up appointment for 4 weeks in the future to go over how our current treatment plan and prescribed levels of HRT are going, and plan on continuing working closely together for my health. I'm so beyond satisfied with Midi and Jessica; I am very, very happy with all of it!!
