Dr. Banks was very kind and responsive. She listened to my concerns and made helpful recommendations. It was also really nice to have a doctor see me at the actual appointment time. I loved that I could meet virtually. I’ve already recommended Midi Health to a friend. I also have a follow-up appointment scheduled to see how the recommendations are going.

I felt (for the first time) that a medical professional understood my symptoms and could offer a plan to address them. I am 14 years into menopause and have always been told "NO" to HRT. I have inflammation and rising cholesterol that I am convinced is hormonally driven. I have been told by Dr's it is "too late" for any HRT benefit. MIDI is offering a chance. My NP told me being late to HRT is not a reason to not try. Music to my ears. Doctors need to get with the science on menopause and the impacts of low estrogen on womens health. Their menopause ignorance is shameful and it is hurting women and shortening lives.

Midi provides such a great service to women. I wanted HRT, but I suspected my OB-GYN would be afraid of it. Midi’s website is so informative that I could tell they were supportive of helping women through menopause and provided an easy answer to the confusing lottery of choosing a menopause-savvy local doctor off the Internet. Midi accepted my insurance and made appointment-scheduling easy. My one caveat would be: don’t put off scheduling an appointment. Next-day service is not always available, and by the time I was finished following their blog instructions on how to prepare for a visit, I was really raring to go. So, I got an appointment a week out, but then I checked back a couple of days later and found that a sooner one had opened up. I was able to reschedule for the closer appointment and get my journey started that much sooner. Now, just a few days after my visit, I’m excited for the balance of my prescriptions to be ready at my local pharmacy.

I can't believe I waited or hesitated so long to call. I was so used to not being heard or believed that I figured this would be same issue and of course the insurance being accepted with it. The process was a breeze Rebecca listened to me and made me feel heard and understood. I can't say enough positive things about getting set up. I literally had my prescription the every same day 💯 covered by insurance and started them same night. Currently on my second patch. Still trying to see how it's working or not at the moment. It was explained to me to start at the lowest strength then move up and that's exactly what I am doing. Thank you Midi health.

My provider asked questions and verified all my information, she was well informed and gave practical advice as well as medical advice. I felt like she was listening to me and I feel great about the results of our first meeting.
