Midi Health has been transformative for me. I followed them and keep researching for months before I took the plunge to invest in myself. While I would like to be able to have the file with insurance options, I will continue to self pay until that's available. My provider is amazing, knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions in detail. I joined late June 2025 and to this date Oct 2025- I've lost 30 lbs and enjoy clearer thinking, zero joint pain, better energy and overall wellbeing - much improved from the last few years of turning 50 and feeling like I was falling apart inside and out. While I've loved and appreciated my ObGyn over the last two decades, I feel like I'm finally getting menopause care I've lacked but needed with Midi. Thank you Midi Health! ~Kimberly K.

My clinician was highly knowledgeable, fielded a lot of my questions and cleared up so much conflicting information around menopause solutions.

I cried the first time I had a visit with my doctor because she listened to me. For 7 years I have been bringing up the same issue with my Gyno and GP with no concern or response by either. My Midi doctor ACTUALLY read my intake form. She did. She had questions prepared for me!!! It's a bare minimum I expect from my assigned doctors to me by my health insurance company. Together, we worked on a plan for my health goals with in my budget.

My experience with Midi Health has been top notch. My practitioner, Jennifer Thomas, is beyond awesome. She is a real partner in my health journey. She listens to me and more importantly, follows up on everything. I can message at anytime and she responds practically immediately! I love that Midi accepts my insurance, lending to their credibility as a health care organization. My experience with Midi has far exceeded my expectations.

Peri Hell I have been going through the Peri journey for at least 3 years; that I've been actually aware of, I'm pretty sure it's closer to 5 years. I have always had sever cycles, was diagnosed with PMDD and really was struggling with the HUGE number of symptoms that came with Peri. Fast forward to Midi...in the almost year I've been working with Michelle, I have found trust, a mentor and coach and someone who, most importantly, listens. She doesn't discount any symptom, she actively helps and through this year, we have finally found the right combination. I could not have made it this far without Midi, honestly. THANK YOU

Natalie has been incredibly helpful! She’s super friendly and always takes the time to explain things clearly, especially how HRT works. She makes sure every one of my questions is answered before we finish our call, no matter how small or big they are. I always feel comfortable talking with her and never feel rushed. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure I understand everything. I highly recommend her to anyone working with Midi Health!

When it comes to Women’s health (especially in midlife) I have finally found my people! Midi and my clinician have been fantastic at each visit and I highly recommend their service and professionalism. I was struggling big time and now I am on the right path to feeling like myself again.
