I have great service for 2 years, but since this year they only allow to order testosterone through their own rx and they almost doubled the price. It still comes from Belmar pharmacy, but Midi keeps the cut.

I presented with a bit of complexity. Nothing that I wasn't able to figure out myself from looking at my labs and tracing down likely causes. I landed on needing progestin to add to my estradiol HRT due to residual endometriosis. I asked for it, and referred them to the hysterectomy/endo removal surgical report indicating I had tolerated it in in the past. They told me to see an in person doctor. If I didn't have to wait 3-6 months to see an in person doctor, I would not have involved Midi at all. They didn't even give specific referrals, although they did call in a mammogram and recommend a CT scan. Paid $250 for a shrug and a generic go find a doctor. They're practicing risk management, not medicine. If you have any complexity, expect problems with this provider.

If they had a negative option for rating, I would give that I joined my first appointment sat there for 15 minutes after the apt time. No one got on and they wasted my time which they clearly don’t care about. What a first impression this Service really is I’ve cancelled everything and requested that my data be removed from their system entirely! If I wanted a doctor to keep me in a waiting room for hours and hours when I had a scheduled appointment time, I would just go through the normal healthcare system. Good to know you have yet to fix that problem and do not value your patient times. Oh, and by the way, if you have a problem for your appointment and you’re trying to call them good luck! Their Customer Service embodies exactly what I experienced in the lack of someone even showing up to my appointment time. Put in several request no response back. Sat for over 10 minutes on hold no answer. Do people actually even work here or run this program? Update: publicly the company has said that they requested information from me to make the situation better. Let me tell you what that has entailed: -They sent me an email saying we’re so sorry that we didn’t show up for your appointment but will get you rescheduled. -Then an automated email came to me that said we’re so sorry that you missed your appointment. We’d be happy to reschedule you. No one has reached out to me personally with any comments about what transpired or why I was stood up for my first appointment, but I can guarantee you that this is a bigger problem than just me and anyone thinking about using this Service should certainly know about the experience a first time customer got from them. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and it’s happening to a lot more people than just me… no surprise there though. No one from the organization has any care to correct with me about what went wrong. It’s one thing to screw up. It’s another thing to not care or do anything to fix it. This tells me everything I need to know about this company and how bad their service is to their customers!

Would not recommend. I have experienced several interruptions in my HRT treatments which impact my daily life. Most recently, I attended a Monday appointment- today is the following Sunday - Nurse practitioner Ibimina Fiberesima has *yet* to call in my HRT prescriptions. If you desire continuity of care and competence, I cannot recommend.

If your time is valuable, beware. I scheduled an appointment and completed a 20 minute online form and then received no links for my visit that was scheduled. The customer phone number was difficult to find within my portal so I proceeded to Facebook where there is more information. I received no reason for the last minute cancellation nor notification.

I did not have a positive experience for my first Midi health telehealth appointment. I was really hoping to find someone who truly listened and was not going to respond just like the others, but it was exactly the same. I was really hoping to start working on solutions, but the response was blood work and then next visit we would review next steps. I have been down that road over and over. I am extremely frustrated and was so hopeful to finally get some answers. It just resulted in more of the same and a feeling of even more frustration, which I did not think was possible. I feel lost, unheard and scared. My appointment was maybe 10 minutes and was advised to speak with my other doctors that I have already spoken to. I tried to be positive and "trust the process", but as I kept reflecting on the appointment, I just kept getting more and more upset. I did not feel that this appointment was personal, personable or caring. I am sorry I tried this because I now feel even more desperate for help that I fear is not possible.

The commercials with that supposed comedian are awful! I find them insulting. I turn them off every time they come on. She is not funny. She is not amusing. We saw her in person once. We walked out because she was so filthy. A lot of people walked out. Sorry - this was a poor choice.

I had a HORRIBLE experience during my MIDI health telehealth appointment. I filled out all of their pre-appointment paperwork and was told that it would be a 30 minute appointment. What I loved was it explicitly was supposed to focus on my perimenopausal symptoms, which not all GP’s focus on. My provider was over 5 minutes late to my virtual appointment, which was at 8am. She NEVER ONE TIME made eye contact with me. She had her camera angled so all I saw was her eyes and hair and she had a fake digital background. She spent the first five minutes in silence reading my intake form. She asked me no questions that weren’t in direct follow up to things on the intake form. She didn’t ask me what I wanted to gain from my appointment. She informed me she was prescribing me estrogen and progesterone, read off risks associated with the meds, then made me schedule a follow up with her in four weeks, then ended the call 12 minutes later. This was an extremely vulnerable appointment for me to make. I can’t even believe that they have providers that treat people like this. I’ve never had such icy treatment from a provider. I’m angry that they billed my insurance $250 for this joke of a medical appointment. I will not be using them again, and I didn’t even take the meds since frankly the only thing I absorbed that she said to me was that they increase my risk of cancer.
