I’m extremely satisfied with my appointments at Midi. I never felt rushed during any of my appointments. I’m feeing great on HRT, and finally sleeping through the night again.

I had a hysterectomy at 42 but even before that I was struggling with hormones. I knew something was wrong but no doctor would listen to me. I was given birth control to help manage it and ended up having a horrible reaction and was not listened to when I expressed my concerns. I did my research, and found that MIDI accepted insurance. From my first visit (which I could schedule easily and worked around my work schedule) I felt immediately better. They LISTENED to me and provided me with HRT medication that immediately started to make me feel like myself again. They were with me the whole time during my hysterectomy and have been with me ever since. I cannot recommend MIDI enough.

I felt very comfortable discussing my symptoms and concerns with the provider. She listened and I felt fully heard and understood. She offered a solution that I trusted would be best for me and fully explained what to expect and how to use the medications. It was simple to connect via my mobile phone and the appt started on time. With a three and a half month wait to see my regular provider in person, this was a great alternative that I would recommend to anyone in my situation.

NP, Owen is simply Amazing. She is understanding and she celebrates my small wins. I never feel rushed when Im talking to her and I enjoy the small talks about treadmills to music. And, still have an informative Appt.

The convenience of this program can't be over stated. A follow up appointment is scheduled after each appointment and its easy to change times. Every practioner I have dealt with was knowledgeable and willing to suggest alternatives to standard treatments. Hormone treatment has changed my life.
