I really enjoyed my visit with my clinician CHARITY K. I will give her 10 stars. I connected it well with her. It wasn’t any uneasy moment during our 30 minute visit. And we talked about anything concerning menopause, my family history. Also, how since I’ve had a hysterectomy in 2023 I’ve been in surgical menopause since then. I didn’t know that and now I have all the symptoms, but I’m confident that MIDI will help me get back on the right track and find myself again. I also had a couple of nurses in my job that recommended MIDI because they are using HRT also for menopause. I’m so glad they suggested it to me in conversations we were having at work.

My virtual visit with Dr. Jenna Pugh through MIDI Health was excellent. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and took the time to address all of my menopause-related questions and concerns. She also adjusted an existing medication I was taking from a pill to a patch, which I really appreciated that she clearly explained the reasoning behind the recommended change. I never felt rushed, and she was very understanding and thorough in explaining options and what to expect going forward through menopause. The virtual visit was also so convenient and easy. I honestly wish all doctor appointments could be like this! Highly recommend both Dr. Pugh and MIDI Health for anyone looking for thoughtful, knowledgeable menopause care.

Midi has made such a great difference in my over all health and life. The care providers have all been kind, professional and listen. They believe in your story and want to help. I have never felt rushed or discouraged to ask questions. They make everything simple to understand and everything is so convenient.

I was so desperate to get help for my perimenopausal symptoms. I was able to get an appt quickly. My Clinician was sooooooo sweet! She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns given my past history. I felt so good after our first telehealth session. I was able to get on the correct hrt and feel so much better. I look forward to continue working with her and Midi. Couldn't be happier and am so thankful for Midi Health!!!!!

Going thru menopause , and having lupus has been a battle . Multiple doctor visits leaving feeling unheard , and disappointed . Midi was different . My nurse was so helpful and expressed her concern for helping me , and customizing a care routine just for me and my needs . For the first time i’ve felt hopeful .
