I found this by Google search. I was going through some perimenopausal symptoms and my physician didn't even acknowledge that it is possible that I was going through menopause. This service was easy to access, easy to book, I found an appointment immediately. My only feedback is to make the initial appointment to an hour instead of 30mins and market this service more. Fair update: The billing department did indeed respond today. This has allowed me to choose from my healthcare options. Thank you. The first visit was good if not a bit rushed. My treatment for perimenopause seems to be on target. However, the billing department is atrocious. They sent me a bill claiming I am self pay despite providing all of my insurance information. I tried to call, but was hung up on by voicemail. I sent an email. I have received no response besides a form letter after five days, yet they can send me reminders about the bill. I am about to get my care elsewhere despite a perfectly good provider and that's sad.

The service is very convenient. The medical providers are thoughtful and have a genuine interest in helping. They are also knowledgeable and lay out all the options in a way that helps you make clear and informed decisions about your health. The patient portal is very user friendly and I like that I am able to message my provider about questions or concerns I may have. I look forward to continue my health journey with Midi. 7/11/24 Update: I took a star off my review, because when they said my insurance was accepted I assumed it covered the consultation with the provider, but it did not. I was charged $250.00. I was not informed this would not be covered. Unfortunately, I am in no position to pay this each time we have an appointment and that pretty much would be each month based on what was discussed in our meeting. Wish I could have continued with the service, they do have potential.
