Midi has completely changed my life. I was struggling with so many symptoms, that I just couldn’t get appropriate help with. I’ve been blessed with a very healthy life. So, to have so many random health issues was strange to me. My menopause specialist through MIDI helped me tie them all together, into what ended up being a really easy fix. Hip pain. hot flashes, brain fog, weird headaches, lack of energy, trouble sleeping/fatigue, and libido issues were at the top of my list. My general physician was no help, and never once tied all of my symptoms together. MIDI is covered by my insurance, access to easy scheduling online, very low copay, and she has been able to get a full panel bloodwork up done at the lab of my choosing, prescribed medication and access to other very helpful information. My experience with MIDI has been excellent. I finally found a solution that works for the wide range of symptoms, even for the ones I had no idea were tied to menopause. Special shout out to Marva Durgin! She’s amazing and she makes the most of our Zoom appointments, she LISTENS to me, and never passes judgement.

Appointments involve in-depth lab reviews where I am educated on what the markers mean, including how results within the 'normal' range might indicate future issues. Unlike my experience with primary care doctors who often provide only a brief 'negative' result, these sessions are detailed and empowering. We also conducted a comprehensive audit of my supplements, identifying nutritional gaps and outlining a plan for seasonal adjustments.

I had a wonderful experience with Provider during my perimenopause journey. They truly listened to my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and took the time to explain what was happening with my body in a way that was easy to understand. Kristen actively listens to what I’m saying when my primary care tried telling me that I wasn’t noticing symptoms of per menopause because I was on birth control. My clinician was patient, kind and very willing to prescribe medication that could and will likely help me with my post-menopausal symptoms! My medication was prescribed and sent to my local pharmacy and I picked it up the very next day. Finally someone who actually cares about our symptoms!!

I live in a small town with limited medical resources. It can take three months to get an appointment with a primary care provider. A friend who was also struggling with menopause symptoms told me about Midi Health, and her positive experience. I was able to get a telehealth appointment right away. So started my journey. I started with HRT, then moved into Weight Management. I've been with the same clinician for over a year, and I can't be happier to have the continuity of care. I highly recommend Midi Health:)

I have to say I am not just satisfied but extremely satisfied with how great and easy it was to schedule the appointment, the quick response from the provider the knowledge, the patience and understanding. What an easy fix. I’m still going to see my primary doctor for other health issues. but MIDI was the best to help me with my perimenopause questions and resolution. Don’t know why others are not looking into using MIDI.
