Truly unprofessional admin/operations set-up. Hound you with texts and messages about 48-hour cancellation policies for them, then cancelled my appointment 90 minutes before my appointment. They then rescheduled me for some random day/time -- didn't bother to ask if that worked for me and responded to no email/text responses telling them it didn't work, and to cancel, until after the appointment.
I ended up moving my whole day around to see the provider who was very nice, but not particularly knowledgeable. Any virtual appointment with any PCP would have been easier and more straightforward.

Beware of Midi
Beware of Midi! They sent me a bill for $250 right away, even though I provided all my insurance information when I first signed up. Since then, I’ve been trying to contact them to bill my insurance.
I’ve sent four emails, three messages through their patient portal, and called and left voicemails too. Still nothing.
This is absolutely infuriating! They’re completely ignoring me, and it feels like a scam. Has anyone else had this problem with them? Avoid dealing with these guys at all costs!

Ghosted -- Provider was a no-show :(
Provider was a no-show :( I sat around for over 30 minutes and finally gave up. A full NINE HOURS LATER – and only in response to an email I’d sent – I received an apology that the clinician had “technical issues.” A company that relies on an online platform for its brand should be able to notify clients if clinicians have “technical issues,” not just ghost them. (I even tried calling the toll-free number they’d sent me in their confirmation texts – but there were no representatives to talk to.) I received a phone call the following day essentially saying none of this should have happened, but I have since found another provider, as I'm not willing to risk a repeat.

Scam. Don’t waste your money and time.
I kept seeing ads on Facebook about how great this was. My local provider merged with a new practice. So I was thinking this was the answer.
I paid the $250 for a consultation and sent in my lab results I did on my own. They send me to an app Athena Health where I sent all my personal information along with labs. They have all my sensitive information enough to easily commit identity theft.
It’s been nearly a month and no prescriptions have been filled nor have I ever received a response to my countless messages. There’s only a fax number and no actual person to talk to.
I admit I didn’t do enough research on this company but now realize it’s a scam. I’m now back to square one of needing to find an affordable hormone doctor since they haven’t responded. The pharmacy had never heard of them, nor the provider I had the consultation with. I paid using cash transfer, so no way to get my $250 back. The no response was setting off all red flags and now I can’t log in to the Athena app saying it doesn’t support my provider. I’ll be filing further reports to the proper authorities to stop them from scamming people.

They NEVER respond to any form of…
They NEVER respond to any form of communication. 1) They tell you to send an e-mail - no one ever responds.
2) Then they direct you to send a message using the Midi Portal - no one ever responds.
3) When you call the phone # - no one picks up!
4) Leave a VM - no one responds.
I have been trying to fix a billing issue for 2 months now - can't get a human being to fix it after numerous attempts via every channel. Its an appallingly bad experience.
5 days later - they respond on Trustpilot - BUT NOT TO ME THE CUSTOMER. Billing issue STILL NOT FIXED.

Caution Midi Health is NOT personalized care
MIDI Health touts personalized healthcare for women, but I'm glad I followed my instincts and sought another opinion. I met with one of the MIDI practitioners and reviewed all of my symptoms. She was very quick to suggest I go on a low dose estrogen patch and progesterone pills. When I inquired about a blood panel to ensure this was the proper direction for my healthcare, as well as understanding what dosage I needed, she said we can certainly do that but it will not dictate or change our action plan. When I asked her to elaborate she said we are treating your symptoms and so regardless what your blood test would say it would not change my recommendation, but if it makes you feel better I can order your labs. Regardless, we will start you on a low dose and meet every few weeks to see how you're feeling, and then we would increase that subsequent dose if your symptoms are not improving. She also suggested how much this hormone replacement would solve for other symptoms that I didn't even have, which was also a red flag. Her lack of personalization and then suggesting blood work wasn't relevant, was a major pause for me. I decided to seek out another health care partner that specialized in women's health care, but based their recommendations on your blood work for a more personalized approach. In my consult with my new practitioner they said you can absolutely tell how much hormone replacement a person needs based on what their levels are at the point they had the blood taken within their cycle, so you would absolutely be able to more personalize a dosage if that is even needed at all. They also said it's extremely dangerous for women to be prescribed HRT without blood work to confirm if and what is needed. When my blood work came back I found out that I actually have an autoimmune disorder with my thyroid as my underlying condition to all the symptoms I experienced. And guess what, my estrogen and progesterone levels are completely normal!! The only sex hormone in question is that my testosterone levels are a little low, so not quite optimal but technically within range. All of this is to say that if I had stayed with MIDI I would have been mistreated with a hormone supplement that was not needed at all. In fact, my new physician care suggested that had they put me on estrogen and continue to increase the dosage, which was not needed, it would have made my thyroid situation far worse because estrogen imbalance also can accelerate hypothyroidism, causing me more harm and making it much harder to get under control. I just want to send a caution for anyone seeking support through MIDI Health, thinking you will get personalized health care. They are looking for symptoms that "could" mean you have a decline in estrogen or progesterone, and they will treat your symptoms on that premise only but not actually look for the root cause to really help your long-term health. I was extremely disappointed to know that had I not been an advocate for my own health care, I would have been prescribed drugs that were absolutely unnecessary and would have caused me more harm. A lot of symptoms we experience in our bodies can mimic a decline in estrogen or other sex hormones, it doesn't mean that's the actual problem so I highly suggest women get blood work first before allowing people to prescribe them unnecessary medication. I'm thankful that now I'm on the path to restore my health and addressing the thyroid issue that was truly the underlying cause of my symptoms. Midi is clearly out to prescribe as much hormone replacement drugs to as many women as possible for financial gain. If they can fit your symptoms into their box of even the possibility that you would benefit from their prescription, you will be offered it no questions asked. Secondarily, they said my insurance would not cover my $250 visit and continue to send me a bill. I had to contact the billing office multiple times to tell them to send it through my insurance and if it is not covered I will take care of it. Turns out my insurance did cover it after all, So if nothing else I'm glad I didn't lose the $250 out of pocket to this company. Take charge of your health and be your own advocate, get your blood work to confirm it's actually what you need!

I honestly thought it would be…descent providers
I honestly thought it would be different with MIDI and I would have someone who would help me but I haven’t forren any thing yet and I keep emailing back and forth and sending everything needed my doctor is rarely in the office. I’m going to see if I can find another provider in person, no one is taking my labs seriously and it’s extremely concerning being that I have an autoimmune disease. Midi is not
the answer for anyone they don’t appear to be helpful it’s a scam. They only accept group Health Insurance and will not proceed any further with you if you have any type of Government Insurance such as Tricare, ChampVA, Medicare or Medicaid. They are for no one don't waste your time .
