Provider was very thorough and considerate. Technology was easy to use. I wish I had known about the follow up testing process before booking the appointment. I live in a rural area and will have to travel 150 miles each way to have one test done. I would’ve liked to know it’s not as easy as it looks on social media ads.

I only gave them 4 stars because they were not able to prescribe all the meds I wanted for the state of AR and rescheduling was several weeks out. Dr brown was great though. Thank You

Midi was great at getting me quickly up and going with hormone therapy when I started having hot flashes in perimenopause. I would have had to wait at least a month to see my doctor and that would have been a lot of sleep lost to hot flashes. They weren’t long on discussing things, but I had already done my research and what they prescribed was exactly in line with what my research showed to be the best options. I have two money-saving suggestions here. First, ask for a .1 mg estradiol patch and then cut it up into the amount you need. You will pay a similar amount for a lower dosage but have to buy it more often. Second, Midi clinicians like to give you a three month prescription and then do a followup appointment, or a six month followup. And you will pay for each one of these. After 4 appointments in a year’s time, I asked them to give me a year’s prescription and told them I would let them know if I had any issues. They agreed, but you may have to insist on this a little. In my experience changing the dosage prompted more followups, so that’s another reason to go with the .1 mg and then just use what you need. If you consistently tell them you are happy with the .1 mg, they will have no reason to follow up.

My provider was very understanding. She listened and I felt heard, unlike experiences I had in the past with other doctors that seem to brush off my menopause concerns and symptoms. I finally feel like someone understands and wants to help me feel better.

Just waited 45 minutes for no one to show up. No phone call from Midi or the provider. Any attempt to contact a human is futile- they filter everything through email and get back to you when they can. This is the second time that I have attempted to become a patient with Midi. The first time the provider also showed up late and was extremely curt and unprofessional. Will not be attempting again. This is shameful, Midi. Do better. UPDATE: Would like to add that the NP did reach out to me shortly after writing this review and explained she had technical issues. I was able to meet with her and had a great experience and I have updated my review based on that exchange (thank you, Nedra, for your empathy and fantastic engagement!). What is still extremely frustrating is that there is no phone number to reach a human being to seek help in these situations. You are only able to send an email and hope that you’ll receive a response within 24 hours. Not the best model for patient support.

Hello, I have my 1st appointment today with an FRN. She was very night and, wow all of these symptoms I have been experiencing match menopause. She stated she put an order in for labs and put a script in for a patch. I was hoping it would be all done today but neither the labs nor the pharmacy have anything. Doe it take a bit for notes and scripts to be entered and sent?

It is nice that it can be done online. But not all insurance is accepted so that can be difficult some people looking for help.

I thought the visit went well. However, I have been struggling with zero libido for years and most recently within the last 2 years severe fatigue and weight loss issues. The NP was very conservative with treatment upping my estradiol dose slightly and felt I should wait at least six weeks to notice a difference. In doing my research my symptoms indicated less than optimal testosterone and I was correct after requesting those labs be done. However, my clinician is not licensed to prescribe testosterone which is why I feel estradiol is being pushed even though those labs indicate normal/optimal. I am disappointed that I have to wait even longer for another clinician as I was told they can be booked out a bit. I am glad I pushed for labs at my first visit. I have a feeling this would be a very slow healing process with unnecessary appointment after appointment. This could be due to insurance. The clinician seemed knowledgeable. however, I don't think more estrogen is the answer. I'm over feeling like this. I want quality of life and a more aggressive treatment plan.
