Good luck getting thru to MIDI. I have been trying for weeks to get an appointment. I went back and for trying to get a first time visit: Finally got an appointment. Really looking forward to my appointment. I confirmed my appointment 2 times thru a text. Got a text with day and time. Then with in hours 3 days before appointment it cancelled my appointment with no explanation. I have been trying for 3 days now and can not get a live body or an email back to me. Even after explaining that I really wasn’t doing too well.
Nothing! Which has now made me even more depressed.

If I could give them zero stars I…
If I could give them zero stars I would. I am in the crux of needing help for menopausal symptoms and had an appointment scheduled for two weeks. I got a text asking me to confirm the appointment two days in advance, which I immediately confirmed. I received a return text from the auto bot confirming my appointment. Several hours later, I received a text out of the blue saying that my appointment was canceled. I reached out by email as there is no phone number for this company, and after four emails over a two day span, received no response from them. It is obvious that they do not care about potential patients. I had the highest hopes only to be severely let down by this company.

Very expensive
Very expensive. If your still paying your deductible they will charge you $250 per 30 minute visit. The short appointments was not nearly enough time to get all my concerns addressed. I hear Alloy is a better online choice.

Unresponsive and unreliable. …
I had a question about my medications and my provider never responded. A nurse told me my provider was unavailable and then told me to go to a real doctor rather than adjusting my dosage like I needed. My follow up appointment was deleted from MIDI’s portal and my history of appointments also disappeared. But none of this stopped MIDI from hounding me for payment using emails and texts multiple times a day. Go to an in person provider - MIDI is not responsive or reliable.

False Advertising and Lack of Communication
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Midi. I requested an online consultation expecting transparency, but it turned out to be anything but. A Nurse Practitioner called me, but the call either disconnected or dropped unexpectedly, and there was no follow-up or return call. At no point did I agree to be billed, yet my insurance was charged for a consultation I didn’t complete, which I find fraudulent.
After the call, the only follow-up I received was an email with some general recommendations and the information that my insurance doesn’t cover the recommended medication. There was no detailed prescription, nor any clarity about the next steps. They also failed to provide any transparency on costs beforehand.
Since then, I’ve tried repeatedly to get in touch with someone to address the issue, but no one answers their automated service or the portal. They’ve ignored my requests and voicemails entirely. Instead, they continue sending bills for a service I didn’t receive. This experience feels comparable to going into a doctor’s office, waiting for a doctor who leaves midway and never returns, only to get a bill later with zero communication. It’s beyond frustrating.
At this point, Midi's lack of transparency, unreturned messages, and unclear process feels like false advertising and poor patient care. I hope this review helps others avoid similar frustrations. I truly feel it is fraudulent and have every intention of contacting the Attorney General's office and the medical board to find out the best course of action to take.

The entire process was painful
The entire process was painful. Customer service is horrible. My care team called in the wrong dosage for me and now I can't get them to respond. Almost a week later and they have done nothing to fix the issue.

Terrible customer service
I signed up for the website and got ready to make an appointment, however, I had an insurance question and wrote to their customer service email. Two days later I never got a response, and so I sent another email stating I needed a response or I would look for an alternate provider, still never received a response. Consequently, am looking for another HRT provider.

False Advertising, they won't bill insurance!
They advertise that they are covered by insurance. When I set my appointment they stated that they were covered by my insurance. (I have two insurances that work as PPO's). Then when I had my first appointment all of a sudden I was a "self pay" I've been trying to get this corrected but they simply state that I am under an HMO and won't be covered. I asked for a superbill (about 3 times) to submit myself and they only provided one after I said I wouldn't pay unless I had all the documentation needed to bill my insurance company. However, the Superbill they provided had inaccurate codes (per my insurance) so I'm still fighting to get correct information to pay the bill. My appointment was useless as I won't reschedule as this billing issue has been a nightmare. There is no one to even talk to. All communication is through email. What a waste of time and money.
