Midi HealthReviews of joinmidi.com

Midi health care have just affiliated with Alexandra Rodriguez YouTube channel. Need i mention anything more. Other than to express my utter disgust, shock and horror. I hope every patient is aware of this and speaks with their feet and hard earned money. Do your research people.

I wish I could give Midi zero stars. My initial visit was awful. The provider kept talking over me; she was constantly asking me questions I had already answered. She was clearly in a rush to get off the call and onto the next call. As a healthcare professional, I was so disappointed to see the provider's awful bedside manner. The visit was a waste of time and money. **I provided my contact information to Midi, so they could follow up and make it right. I will update my review if/when they take action.**

So frustrated with my initial experience. I was hoping that I would have a positive experience with my first visit, but sadly the tech support that midi has set up didn't make that happen. The Telehealth visit ended before it even started. The clinician appeared as though she was joining the visit, and then ended the meeting before we even spoke. I didn't receive an email or phone call with explanation or follow up. Instead I got an automated email saying that they 'were sorry I wasn't able to make the visit' and to reschedule. This was not a very good first impression of a company that claims to provide personalized care to their patients.

I had the consult this morning and I was disappointed for several reasons: 1. The clinician who met with me was a nurse and not a physician, the initial consult is only 30 mins and since Midi is not in my network the cost for me is $250 2. I could tell she was following a script for basic care and not listening to the history and the context I provided 3. I felt that she did not look at my concerns that I documented in the pre-visit survey and that she only read it during the consult, my expectation was that the reason why they had the pre-visit survey was to find out your history and what your concerns are – they even asked for the top 2 concerns that I wanted to address in the consult 4. She immediately went into HRT even though I indicated in the pre-consult survey that I wanted to know all the options and not just HRT 5. At the end of the consult it asked for my rating and I provided a 1star rating (bad) it should have gone to the post–consult survey but it immediately closed me out saying that the survey is closed -weird? Makes me wonder if they don’t want any negative feedback. Most of the information that was given was something my primary care doctor provided my 2 years ago, I was hoping for a physician who really knew about menopause and could troubleshoot what was really happening to me now. What I felt was just someone reading off a script as a protocol for care. It was very disappointing. The nurse was very nice and it was in no way her fault as she was only following their process and when I let her know the feedback I told her that as well. I do intend to provide feedback on their website and to also dispute their $250 charge for a 30-minute consult as I felt that the expertise was not there at all.

It's a scam. They tell you your insurance is in network, Anthem Blue Shield PPO. Then I got a bill stating that it's out of network $280.00 invoice.

I have nothing good to say. Had my first appt this morning. Provider was completely unfriendly. Zero bedside manner whatsoever. It was a very personal appt and I would’ve liked it if she’d taken even one minute to put me more at ease. She actually seemed angry throughout the visit and was not knowledgeable about perimenopause/menopause. Totally disappointed. Waste of time.

Worst medical encounter I’ve ever had. Wrong diagnosis. Could not answer basic questions. No follow up. Could not hear RN because she was working from home environment, dogs barking so loudly I could not hear her talking, doorbell kept ringing, loud text notifications kept interrupting us — and she kept moving around her house. She tried repeatedly to end the call prematurely. I asked for someone else to call me back and no one has. I called MIDI directly, twice, and have not heard anything back. No way to reach someone, no recourse. Is this reasonable? Is this even medical care? $250 per session for a wrong diagnosis, inability to get medication dosage fixed and inability to speak to anyone at the company about my medical condition or the two horrible sessions I had? I will never use this organization again.

IM NOT ON MEDICARE. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU? THIS IS WHAT I MEAN ABOUT COMMUNICATION NO, THEY DIDNT REACH OUT WITH BILLING ONLY THAT THEY MADE IT SELF PAY, WHEN I PUT IN MY INSURANCE CARD. still touting same stupid answers. They said it would be self pay because they don't accept Medicare. I DONT HAVE MEDICARE I HAVE PRIVATE INSURANCE Beware, messages not clear, assumed first consult was free. Sent insurance over and they changed me to self pay. Can't speak to anyone. Now the want a million records from Dr.s i haven't seen forever. Not totally clear what information they want but billed me $250. They seem like they don't know what they're doing.
