My first telehealth visit with jennifer np for menopausal concerns. Unfortunately the apt. felt rushed and was significatly shorter than expected aprox. 15 min. I did not receive detailed explanations or guidance regarding my symptoms, and left the visit feeling unheard and without helpful next steps. I will not return!

I do not recommend working with MIDI
I do not recommend working with MIDI. I’m guessing the clinicians are over booked. I had an appointment booked weeks in advance. I showed up 5 minutes early and waited 20 minutes for the meeting to start. I received a text from the clinician saying that they were running late. The next text I received a few minutes after that is that I needed to reschedule my appt b/c they were having technical difficulties.
This was after I had booked with them a few months prior and they canceled my appt b/c I didn’t text them that I was showing up to my appt 2 days ahead of time. Something is off. They send you a boat load of text msgs before your meeting and then they cancel or change up the meeting. This is unprofessional, frustrating and disrespectful.

This company is run my children and…
This company is run my children and it’s a borderline scam operation. My wife has tried to meet with them and they continuously cancel appointments.
What kind of low-level hacks require multiple appointment confirmations in order to keep an appointment on the book?
Executives make meeting once and show up…
My advice is to go to a professional medical facility and not engage with this hack-y fly by night operation.

Doctor was a no-show.
I had an appt today at 11:15. They texted me at least a dozen times the last few days to remind me. Today I logged on 5 minutes early, and waited until 11:37. No one showed up, no email, no text.

1 out of 5 — If I could give zero, I would.
My experience with MIDI has been a complete train wreck from start to finish. Disorganized, unprofessional, and absolutely not equipped to manage something as important as HRT.
From my very first appointment, things were off. The NP showed up almost 20 minutes late, wearing what looked like pajamas, and spent more time talking about her own lupus diagnosis than focusing on my care. That should’ve been the first sign.
It only went downhill from there. The medications I was supposed to receive were never documented, and when I reached out for clarification, suddenly I was expected to track down the details their team failed to capture. How does that make any sense?
She ordered labs, but didn't put in the lab orders. Six days later, only after calling and emailing multiple times, were the orders inputted. But, I didn't end up going because...well, read on to understand why...
And here’s the big one: the clinician I saw wasn’t even licensed to prescribe in my state. How does a medical organization not check basic licensing before assigning a provider? This isn’t a minor oversight — it’s a fundamental failure.
After wasting time, energy, and trust, I’m moving on to a competent provider who can actually manage patient care responsibly. MIDI has shown me enough to know I won’t be back.
Would not recommend.

Their communication is terrible
Their communication is terrible. I reached out 6 times - 3x through their contact form and the rest by phone. I was trying to get help confirming that they accept my insurance. Their website shows that they do, but it is not available in the drop-down menu. I also reached out to them on X with no response. They didn’t return a single phone call or reply to any contact attempt.
Update: They said they were looking into it but two weeks later, they haven’t followed up.

I've had the WORST Customer Service…
I've had the WORST Customer Service experience with MIDI. My Nurse Practitioner is great, but everything else is absolutely frustrating. She requested a bunch of labs for me, and they sent it to the wrong facility. I asked them to resend because I had to do another appt which I sat for another 3-hrs to find out some of the labs request was still to the wrong facility. Trying to talk to a Live Person is ridiculous. Everything is done by email and takes 3-4 days to respond. They say within 24-hrs, which is BS. I would NEVER recommend this service. Every email response also sounds like a BOT wrote it out, because it clearly isn't understand what I am trying to say and repeats the same response every time with a different name. So dumb. AI will never take over customer service jobs, people want to talk to PEOPLE.

I was initially excited about finally…
I was initially excited about finally finding a potential medical professional to treat me for my menopause issues I’ve been struggling with for over 20 years. HRT was virtually abandoned by traditional medicine and I was told to just deal with it, it’s a part of aging for all women. Midi’s website listed accepted insurance, of which mine was listed. I was encouraged that the high premiums I pay would cover at least most my expenses. They even took my insurance card and a copy (front and back) is is in my account. Boy was I misled! Even though my online visits were helpful and the meds were making a positive difference, what a shock to get billed $1000 for the first 2 visits!?! Then to find out they don’t even file the claims. I was self-pay from jump and if any of the treatments were covered, I would have to file the claims. I have absolutely no experience with that and had I known in advance, I would have continued my search and never would have used Midi! It was a huge blindside and I recommend you nail down the truth before you accept any services.
