My provider was so knowledgable and listened to my sypmtoms and based her treatment plan based on my clinical presentation rather than just do labs which are not accurate in this diagnosis. I would recommend Midi Health especially if you have been turned down or you have a provider that doesnt take your sypmtoms seriously!

Finally feeling heard and hopeful about my hormonal health
I'm so glad I decided to give Midi Health a try. Navigating hormonal changes can be frustrating, especially when symptoms start affecting your everyday life. I wanted help understanding what I was experiencing and finding a treatment plan that could help me feel more like myself again. Seeking care through Midi Health has been a positive step, and I felt relieved to have the opportunity to discuss my concerns and work toward a plan.
My experience with my clinician has been wonderful so far. I felt listened to, my symptoms and previous medications were discussed, and I appreciated the collaborative approach to figuring out what was working and what still needed improvement.
Since starting treatment, I've noticed meaningful improvements in my sleep, along with some increased energy and motivation to get out and do things. I still have symptoms we're working on, particularly brain fog and fatigue, but I appreciate that my concerns were taken seriously and that my treatment plan was adjusted based on how I've been responding.
I recently had my follow-up appointment, and I left feeling encouraged about the next steps in my treatment. I know this is a process, and I'm still early in my journey, but it's reassuring to feel that we're working toward finding the right balance rather than simply accepting symptoms that affect my quality of life.
I'm grateful I found Midi Health and look forward to continuing my care. For anyone navigating hormonal changes who wants help understanding their symptoms and exploring treatment options, I'd encourage you to look into Midi Health and see whether it's right for you.

"Too young" for perimenopause
I experienced a severe loss of executive function and sleep earlier this year. I couldn't do my job or take care of my family or myself, and I was considering finding another career path.
My mood and intellectual reasoning were impacted to the point of needing a leave of absence from work when this compounded into rage, unpredictable mood swings, and eventually, monthly somatic panic attacks. I discussed it with my doctor and a therapist who both believed I was suffering from grief and depression, in spite of my family history of early onset primary ovarian insufficiency and sensitivity to hormone fluctuations.
I knew my symptoms were cyclical and worsening every. single. day. Month over month. But i was repeatedly ignored and told to seek a psychiatrist.
Please don't misunderstand, my family practice doctor is amazing and was working within the medical community's guidelines for her role. But she still completely misread the situation.
Then I found Midi Health through a Google Search. By that point, i was legitimately concerned for my sanity but determined, based on the facts of my experience and family history, as well as my own research, that the root cause was hormonal.
I booked my first appointment with Midi and was able to see a provider within 2 weeks. Amanda immediately recognized the symptoms of perimenopause. She actually listened to my family history. And I left the appointment with a prescription and a clear plan of care.
To not be written off by a medical provider because I was "too young" (39 yo F) or "clearly depressed" was a profound moment for me. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Amanda and for Midi Health, making this service available to women who have been disregarded or mislabeled as depressed or mentally unstable.
Within 48 hours of my new regimen, my baseline began to slowly recover. I didn't hate everyone and everything anymore. Within 4 weeks, I could see marked improvement and could bear the thought of my leave of absence ending without feeling physically ill. During my 2nd visit, my medications were adjusted based on my response to the original medication and dose.
Now at the end of my leave, just days before returning to work, I feel confident I have the tools and support to safely transition back to work without immediately changing career paths. And I know that I have a provider I can reach out to if anything changes before my next visit.
That peace of mind is priceless. I literally was not paid to write this review. When I received the prompt to share my story, I couldn't pass it up, just in case it helps even one person going through something similar make the decision to make that appointment and finally be heard.
