Overall great experience. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and thorough. The reason for the 4-state instead of 5 is I would like to be able to receive their topical DHEA/estrogen compounded medication in a 90 day supply. They only have it in a 30 day supply which has a $10 shipping charge each time. The medication works and I like it, but having to order it monthly is annoying especially since all my other medications are for 90 days at a time.

I like the access I have to my nurse. I'm not the most tech savvy but it's pretty easy to message. And I hear back in a timely manner. Appointments are 30 minutes long, which is nice. You get several reminders of your appointment so you won't forget. Maybe a few too many. I like that they can order labs and make referrals. I have not seen any cost for copays and I don't know why. I hope I don't get a surprise later about payment.

Was able to fill my partial HRT regimen not all of it

I love my doctor Janis Rustad, she listens to me, is empathetic with what I’m going through, and always willing to help. It is hard to contact Midi for insurance issues and can be a struggle to fix, but I would take technical issues over a bad doctor. She really has helped hear my concerns and helps me come up with solutions.

I am not loving the website. I tried going on the app- it says I don't have an appt. I did and I have another scheduled/ still not registering. So I have to go back to my emails and click on links there to get in to my chart. Not finding it user friendly

A little disappointed that I could not choose or specify my main topic concern prior, so it turned out the PA was not the most knowledgeable in the subject of testosterone. (I have done a fair amount of research prior and my pattern is an endocrinologist) She was also unsure about insurance coverage for labs - which is an important question and I suspect fairly common question. I had inquired about labs prior and only got very basic information. She did take more time than I expected and I felt she did her absolute best with her experience. She expressed real concern.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and that was amazing!!! Very nice and knowledgeable provider who is local to my area! That is helpful!! I still have a lot of questions so that's why I'm rating a 4 instead of a 5. Our next appt is already set and I'm getting my bloodwork done this week and starting HRT after bloodwork which I believe is the right choice for my situation. Hoping to get my questions answered at next appointment.

My provider was nice and listened to me... HOWEVER... I have tried FOUR times to get ahold of her (different days) with a medical question and have been unsuccessful. I googled an "answer" to my concern and hoping for the best. I will still use their services, but this was disheartening.
