Really listen to my needs

I had run into roadblocks in getting hormone therapy, as my former gynecologist had moved and a new one I saw refused to help me without first doing a full exam (entirely unnecessary for this purpose). I had my first Midi Health consultation this morning and in 20 minutes (we had addressed everything before the allotted 30 minutes was up), I had all my questions addressed, a prescription sent to my pharmacy, and a follow-up appointment. This was exactly the conversation I wanted and needed to have, and I’d recommend Midi to anyone who is having trouble getting appropriate help with perimenopause from their regular doctor.

I was very glad to be able to speak to the Associates at MIDI. Everyone was very nice and the nurse practitioner that was assigned to me was absolutely fabulous. She’s a great asset.

My virtual visit with Erin was great! She was professional, kind, and extremely thorough. Her write up has genuinely helped me make lifestyle changes that have been positive so far.

Speaking with my provider was such a great experience. She was so knowledgeable and supportive. I never had that experience with my primary GP. I feel so much better now. I wish I had found them sooner.
