Finding MIDI was the best thing I could have done for my health in mid-life! I absolutely LOVE my provider who is so caring, knowledgeable, and thorough and has found ways for me to manage my peri-menopause issues that were not offered by any other provider I saw. I feel well-cared for and listened to, and I am so lucky to have her on my healthcare team!! Thank you MIDI!

Katherine Schneider is always on time! Very easy to talk to. She discusses and makes decisions about medications based on how you’re feeling and if she has to adjust it she will. Very responsive to messages and if she can’t respond one of the assistants will! You honestly cannot get this type of service in a doctors office!

The whole process could not have been easier. I am so glad that MIDI finally accepts my insurance. LOVE how easy this was. I liked my clinician and visit went well. My prescriptions were at my pharmacy the same day. So far, so GREAT!

Love the ease of use & convenience of virtual appointments. I've never had to wait to be seen, Dr Herman is prompt with all appointments and so very kind, friendly and patient. I wish Dr. Herman could be my primary care physician for all medical needs. If there were more like her, I guarantee there would be less fear associated with medical care. I know my white coat hypertension has lessened significantly during visits. I feel great!

Katrina Pinkerton, my midi NP, is the first and only medical professional I’ve seen who has any clue about menopausal symptoms and how to treat them. She is compassionate, a good listener, and has helped me so much. She even helped me kick my cannabis habit that once worked for my symptoms but had stopped working and had started making them worse. Also, midi has been so user friendly and I love that my insurance covers them. I am beyond grateful. 🙏
