My experience with Midi Health has been excellent! Menopause is about so much more than just the symptoms we normally hear about. Although addressing these symptoms is absolutely important for quality of life, I also wanted to make sure that I am setting myself up for the best possible outcome with other aspects of my health that can be impacted over time by the loss of estrogen. The treatment plan recommended by my Midi provider has already made a dramatic difference in just one month - no more hot flashes, improved sleep, less anxiety, and even softer skin. My favorite outcome is that I feel much stronger and I’m ramping my workouts back up to my previous levels! I’m also feeling great about protecting my muscles, bones, and brain as I get older. It’s great that Midi takes insurance as well. I would absolutely pay for this service out of pocket if necessary but since I am paying for my insurance premiums anyway, I’m glad I can use it for this.

I’ve been suffering with perimenopause symptoms for years and felt like my normal OBGYN was unable to help with aging challenges. The skill of the provider is outstanding. My provider takes time to listen to my needs, instead of rushing me through. She also covers all of the age related matters, where I have been overlooked with locals either because they’re not listening or are in a rush to get to the next. Just because a person can look healthy doesn’t mean they are. That would be the point of preventative care, to prevent serious health issues. My provider also takes the time to review my chart prior to our call and completely covers any concerns I’ve had in the last appointment to make sure they’ve been resolved. My provider can also cover hormones, weight management, and general care. I don’t have to go to several providers for my health concerns. This has lead to one provider knowing all of the medication I take, therefore there is no question if one of my medications will interfere with another. The messaging system for medication refills is very easy and they are prompt to respond. The best part of all of this is I don’t need to leave my home and sit in a waiting room with people that maybe currently carrying a virus, or even just being in a waiting room that hasn’t been disinfected well enough.
