Loryn Ashton really helped in my menopause journey. My joints were super sore and walking downstairs was a chore due to the pain I was having in my joints. I thought this was just aging. It turns out the fogginess weight gain lack of sleep was due to a lack of hormone production in my body. Loryn and MIDI are wonderful. I’m back to sleeping well working out and not feeling like I’m 90 at the Rip old age of 56. Thank you so much, MIDI and Loryn for taking the time to care and make a practice about women and for women.

My provider was excellent- she was very personable, knowledgeable, and caring. She gave me very thorough insight into HRT and other treatments for my perimenopause journey and provided with me with so many wonderful resources for me to educate myself. She was very good at giving the pros/cons of treatments but not pushy in any way. I learned a great deal and feel like I have a supportive medical partner in this phase of life.

I'm fortunate to be an OG patient and have an OG provider with MIDI. Even if my insurance did not cover it, I would stay with MIDI because of the relationship I've built with my practitioner, her care, her knowledge, her continued goal of educating me on latest research and finding the right resource and products for me. At 3 years in, MIDI is still working out the best AV partners and admin communication help, and I've seen the improvements along the way. As a Senior Program Manager in clinical research, I know how challenging it is to develop new, innovative programs. MIDI has done amazing work and will only get better!

Doctors listen respectfully to my concerns and genuinely want to help. Medications are prescribed based on my needs and they listen to my feedback. I feel like myself again and have hope that I will be physically capable to do all the things I want as I age
