My first telehealth call took only 30 mins, the NP was very thorough and I had my labs, Bone Density test & follow up already scheduled. No drive time, no wait time in the office & no waiting on the office to make the referral for lab or out of office appointments. So far the experience has been a 5 out 5!

I paid out-of-pocket for my Midi consultation, and it was worth every penny! I had a bad experience with an OB/GYN who dismissed my symptoms out of hand, and told me I "wouldn't be experiencing that." My Midi clinician took the time and care to explain exactly why birth control pills, the hormones your body produces naturally, and hormone replacement are all different, and she actually believed what I told her about what I was experiencing. What a relief! It really makes a difference to work with people who are specialists in menopause, who are current on the research, and who actually care about improving your life.

Excellent service. The Dr is caring and attentive, I have always been contact back quickly when having questions or issues.

I was at the end of my rope, hot flashes, brain fog, mood swings, and an appointment with my OB that was a month away to see what, if anything, I could do to help alleviate my symptoms. I was seen the SAME DAY by Ashley Rode. She was personable, caring, and made me feel like what I was feeling was completely normal for someone my age. We discussed all of the options available to me and when I chose HT my prescriptions were sent the same day so I could get started.

I had a hysterectomy in 2020 and have since experienced a lot of issues with weight, digestion and UTIs that I never had prior. It’s been difficult to find someone who will actually listen and address my concerns fully. Not only was it SO convenient to get a virtual appointment immediately, I was seen promptly and it only took 30 minutes because her attention was fully on me, instead of waiting in an empty room for a Dr. or nurse to come back. My issues were all addressed and Kayla was happy to prescribe me a treatment without judgment. I was referred to multiple specialists to finally address the concerns I have that had not been addressed by previous Doctors! Kayla took a holistic approach, and addressed my health for the long term and not just right now.

I was skeptical but now I'm not. My Midi provider and I had a virtual video call.... she was kind, caring, knowledgeable, friendly and listened to me and my symptoms. She ordered medications and sent them to my pharmacy, she ordered blood work and sent it to LabCorp close to me. I was so impressed that I requested to only see her in the future and she scheduled me a follow up appointment with her in March. I work in the medical field and can vouch that this company and it's providers are totally legit and caring, understandable.
