What an excellent experience. My provider was kind, listened, no rush, very knowledgeable, and provided me excellent care. I would highly recommend the service to anyone looking for hormone placement therapy. I do not regret signing up.

I was able to quickly schedule a virtual visit with a competent, knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner. I have been chasing hormone balancing for nearly 30 years; fighting for what I feel my body has needed all this time. I feel confident in the care I am now receiving with absolutely no push back at MIDI. I am finally on my back to my best physical and mental self.

My practitioner believes me when I say I’m suffering. Most recently, with debilitating fatigue and loss of strength. I can’t lift the amount of weights I used to lift and get paralyzingly tired in the afternoon. I’m doing everything right according to current info: I don’t drink or smoke, I lift heavy weights 4x/week, get at least 30 mins of cardio/day, have low BP, actively manage stress, get decent sleep, eat tons of veg and fruit, don’t eat processed food and am on HRT. She suggested I try testosterone. Thankfully, I live in a state that allows testosterone for women. Net net: I feel fortunate to have a company that is founded and run by women who believe me when I say “I am suffering” - because I take really good care of myself, I don’t believe its unreasonable for me to try things that help me feel my best if the benefits outweigh the risks. MIDI and my incredible clinician support me in this belief - I feel very safe in their care where I feel mostly shamed and criticized for taking HRT in most other medical settings.

I felt seen and heard for the first time since entering perimenopause. My provider knew everything I am going through and the reasons why. I am eager to start my treatment and hopeful for the results.

I had heard about this company before through other experts in the industry and I had actually recommended some women to it. So when I finally decided to try it, it was indeed very good experience. The turn around was incredible from 1 day to the next I had the appointment and I had my R. X called into my pharmacy. I was able to achieve all my my goals in one virtual Visit. This company is great because is giving opportunity for those women that don't know where to go to get their Peri /menopause questions answered and help that they need to improve their quality of life. She listened to all of concerns, answered all of my questions and discussed all the possible options I have available to me.
