The process was fast and easy. My insurance covered the visit and the treatment. My provider was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was able to start my HRT the next day and felt better immediately.

Carole was great, listened and professional. I sent all my labs from last 2 years and meds. Pre approval was required by my insurance and all was handled and approved by my insurance in 2 days. Thank you!

I really felt like i lost myself until I found MIDI. HRT has saved my life. I feel youthful, soft, and overall good. My hot flashes, mood swings, anger, depression is literally gone. Thank you for seeing us when the rest of the world is trying to gaslight us!!! From the bottom of my heart thank you!

I have been seeing Midi since October 2024, and I can't say enough good things. The clinicians actually listen to what I have to say and work with me to find the best options for my needs. As women we often feel that doctors simply ignore perimenopause symptoms or tell us that it's "normal". Midi is a breath of fresh air and a welcome solution to many issues.

My clinician was Jessica Johnson and she was fantastic! She was kind, knowledgeable and sympathetic. She took the time to ask questions, took the time to listen to my concerns, took the time to explain lots of things to me (some things even twice because - perimenopause brain 🤪) Just having her listen gave me hope. She used phrases like "how do you feel about (blank)?" and "is (blank) something you'd be interested in trying?" which really made me feel like we were creating my care plan together instead of her just making it on her own like many providers tend to do. She made me feel comfortable, heard and at ease the entire time. For me personally I feel like she was part medical professional and part girlfriend which is truly what many of us need at this stage in our lives. I look forward to our next visit and have already recommended her to a few of my friends! (Not related to the experience itself but I know these are some things others have voiced concerns over... *Insurance - I have submitted the visit to my insurance but I'm not sure yet how much they'll cover and how much I'll pay out of pocket. I was ordered 4 prescriptions which cost me only $30.)

First, I had the same clinician during my first appt and second. I feel this is important to keep continuity of care. She listened to any concerns and offered solutions. Having been to 2 in person gyno clinics and not getting answers, I felt heard and seen. HRTs are for premenopausal women too.
