If you don’t get value equal or greater than your annual fee in 90 days, we make it right by refunding the annual fee through Kudos Boost credits, which can be redeemed through PayPal and transferred to your bank account. In your case, we’re also willing to make an exception before the 90 day period and provide the full annual fee back through redeemable Boost credits. Since your subscription was purchased through Apple, any direct refund back to your original Apple payment method has to be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and we've shared this with you via prior email interactions. Our records show that our AI agent successfully negotiated a $5/month discount with Spectrum, bringing your bill from $135 to $130 for 6 months, on top of a $10 discount already on your account. If your bill has since increased, it's possible the promotional period ended, Spectrum made a separate rate change, or the existing discount was inadvertently adjusted when the new one was applied — any of which would be outside of our negotiation.
