no continuity for long term care.
Wish we were able to keep same caregiver. Retraining caregivers everytime we needed one was no fun. When we finally got a routine person and were happy they removed him and started sending whomever stating it was against company policy to send same person regularly? This is a trouble for long detailed daily routines. The service is supposed to free us up but ended up being more a hassle retraining over and over requiring us to be there all the time handholding. We finally advertised and hired a live in caregiver which has its drawbacks too yet has greatly freed up our lives. While most care givers sent were wonderful and I stared them high, others were not worth the time. If you need a hand great! Are willing to be there guiding them all day great! if you need repeat care forget it until they change their policy!
